Uploading Your Presentation
Uploading Your Presentation
Speaker Dashboard
IEDM has implemented a Speaker Dashboard to keep all the relevant details and action items in one convenient place. Use of the dashboard is mandatory as it’s the only place to upload your headshot, bio, and presentation video.
Accepted speakers will receive an email in September with instructions and link to create an account. If you need that information resent please send a request to iedm-info@ieee.org.
All presentations will be in person, no exceptions
Along with uploading your PowerPoint presentation in the speaker-ready room at the conference, all speakers need to upload an MP4 file of their video via their speaker dashboard by November 21, 2024. This is a firm deadline. The file will be used for the OnDemand portion of IEDM that begins December 16. If you have questions, please email iedm-info@ieee.org.
Important Speaker Deadlines & Information
Follow the instructions in Preparing your Presentation and use the PowerPoint Presentation Template. These instructions are critical to the preparation of your presentation.

All files must be in MP4 Format.
Files of up to 1GB can be attached to the form. Please export the video to an MP4 format and a resolution of 720p.
Ensure all figures are easy to read; consider zooming in when discussing harder-to-read tables and images. At least one day prior to your session, you are required to go to the Speaker Presentation Room to upload your presentation to the IEDM computer.
Confidentiality
The content of electronic presentations is assumed to be placed in the public domain at the time of the IEDM. However, we will make reasonable attempts to delete all electronic files from IEDM computers after the presentations are completed. The IEDM will not publish or distribute the presentation material.
