Important Dates

  • September 16, 2024: Attendee registration open

  • November 25, 2024: Last day to register at discounted rates

Tutorials | December 7, 2024 | 1:30-2:50 pm, 3:05-4:25 pm, 4:40-6:00 pm  

  • With up to six tutorials to choose from, you may select up to 1 session from each time slot above.

  • Allows access to the selected tutorials and download of the purchased presentations. 

  • Does not include entrance to the Short Course, Short Course Lunch, Technical Sessions, or Monday Evening Reception. 

  • Tutorials can be added as an OnDemand item after completing your registration by contacting customer service at IEDM@xpressreg.net or call +1-774-247-4023.

Short Courses | December 8, 2024 | 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

  • Allows access to one short course selection and download of the purchased course presentation.

  • Does not include entrance to the Short Course Lunch, Tutorials, Technical Sessions, or Monday Evening Reception.

  • Short Courses can be added as an OnDemand item after completing your registration by contacting customer service at IEDM@xpressreg.net or call +1 774-247-4023.

Technical Sessions | December 9-11 , 2024| All day

  • Allows access to all technical sessions, download of the Technical Digest, and the Monday Evening Reception.

  • Does not include entrance to Tutorials, Short Courses, Short Course Lunch or Career Lunch. 

  • To qualify for the Member rate, the registrant must be a member of IEEE before registering for the conference. If you are not already an IEEE and EDS member you can apply online at www.ieee.org/join

Registration rates are the same regardless of whether you attend the in-person at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square or the OnDemand portion only. If you register for the in-person conference you will also receive access to the OnDemand portion which begins on December 18. OnDemand registration will remain open through January 31, 2025.

Q: Who do I contact with registration questions or to make a change/update to my existing registration? A: Please contact the customer service center at IEDM@xpressreg.net or call +1-774-247-4023

Q: I’ve registered but am no longer able to attend in person. Can I get a refund?
A: If you're unable to attend the meeting in person, please note there are no registration refunds as all content will be available on demand after the conference.  You must change your participation status in the online Registration Resource Center.

Q: When will the On Demand content be available?
A: OnDemand content will be available to all registrants on December 18. Access instructions will be provided via email at that time.

Q: How do I get my badge?
A: Onsite registration will be in the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, East Lounge as follows:

  • Saturday, December 7 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm (Tutorial registrants only from 12:00 pm - 3:30pm. All others may pick up badges at 3:30 pm)

  • Sunday, December 8 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • Monday, December 9 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • Tuesday, December 10 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

  • Wednesday, December 11 8:30 am - 3:00 pm

Q:  I am an international registrant, how do I obtain my visa letter?
A:  You will receive a confirmation email after registering for the conference.  Please scroll down to the section titled Registration Resource Center and click on the link to access your registration portal where you'll find the visa letter.  Note:  You must be registered with an address outside of the U.S. to obtain the visa letter.

Q: I am an IEEE member but why am I unable to register at the member rates?
A: Make sure you're using the same email and password on file with IEEE Membership.  Should you have further issues please contact the IEDM registration service center at IEDM@xpressreg.net or call +1 774-247-4023.

Q: Why am I having trouble getting to the registration website?
