The submission site for Late News papers is open.

Deadline for receipt of Late News papers: August 19, 2024

• A very limited number of late news papers will be accepted.

• Late News Papers are not eligible for student travel assistance or the student paper award.

• Authors are asked to submit late news papers announcing only very recent developments. Papers should be in the same format as a regular paper and should be submitted through the submission site in the same way as regular submissions. Authors of accepted papers will be notified by the end of September.

• After reading the following information and following the Preparation of Papers you may submit your paper for review:

Step 1: Upload the source file for your paper to IEEE PDF Express and approve the Xplore compliant PDF created by that site.  Click on Preparation of Papers and follow the instructions under How to Create an IEEE Xplore Compliant PDF.

Step 2: The author will upload the PDF created from the PDF Express site to the IEDM Submission site.
