Agreement Not to Pre-Publish Papers or Present Papers
Submission of a paper for review and subsequent acceptance is considered by the committee as an agreement that the work will not be placed in the public domain by the author prior to the conference. Accepted papers or significant portions of the work may not be placed in the public domain (conference with and without proceedings) prior to the conference. Violation will be grounds for automatic withdrawal of the paper by the conference committee.
Submission Guidelines
IEDM will be held in-person with OnDemand access available after the conference. By submitting your paper, you agree to present the paper in-person AND pre-record a video of your presentation to be available for the OnDemand portion of the conference.
The PDF paper attached to submission is the final paper and no changes to the author list, title, figures or other content can be made after the submission deadline.
Accepted 4-page papers and supporting information may be used by IEDM for publicity and portions of these papers may be quoted in pre-conference magazine articles and also via the Web. Authors may choose to not allow their papers to be used for IEDM pre-publicity.
Submitting author has explicit permission to add authors to submission up to the submission deadline.
Submitting author has reviewed and acknowledged the relevant IEEE privacy policy.
Further details can be found in the IEDM publicity guidelines.
