Speaker Dashboard and Preparation
Manage session details, prepare slides, and upload presentations to ensure your talk is complete and conference-ready on time.
Accepted speakers will be sent an invitation to create their Speaker Dashboard account on September 9.
Everything Speakers Need to Prepare and Present
Use of the IEDM Speaker Dashboard is mandatory as it’s the only place to:
- Upload your headshot & bio
- Upload your presentation video. Each session is required to submit a video presentation along with their final presentation. This does not replace participation in the event. At least one presenter must attend and present at the live event.
- Speakers with accepted papers will receive an email in mid-September with details on creating their account for the Speaker Dashboard (Subject line: IEDM 2026 Speaker Dashboard, Action Required). If you need that information resent, please email [email protected].

December 21 IEDM Videos accessible to registered attendees OnDemand
- Tutorial presentations are 1 hour and 20 minutes each.
- Tutorials will be recorded live at the conference and available OnDemand starting in mid-December. No need to upload an MP4 video of your presentation.

Speakers must upload their presentation (PowerPoint or PDF) in the IEDM Speaker Ready Room at least one day before their presentation. From the speaker ready room, upload is available via USB drive or a QR code/link for speakers to upload their slides/presentation to the system directly.

Pre-Conference Publicity
The accepted four-page abstracts and supporting information will be used for IEEE IEDM publicity purposes and portions of these abstracts may be quoted in pre-conference magazine articles and also via the Web. IF THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, AUTHORS MUST INDICATE THIS ON THE WEBSITE WHEN SUBMITTING THE ABSTRACTS FOR REVIEW.
