Registration Rates
- Registration rates are the same regardless of whether you attend the in-person at the Hilton San Francisco or the OnDemand portion only.
- There are no registration refunds as all content will be available OnDemand after the conference.
- If you register for the in-person conference you will also receive access to the OnDemand portion which begins on December 21, 2026. OnDemand registration will remain open through January 31, 2027.

Room rates will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting in August. NOTE: Hotel availability at the Hilton and elsewhere in San Francisco may be limited. You are encouraged to make your reservations as soon as possible.
A block of rooms at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square has been reserved for IEDM participants. Reservations made through the booking link will have the $35 daily resort fee waived. Special IEDM room rates are as follows:
- Standard: $249 / night
- Deluxe: $269 / night
Plus a 17.7% city tax.
Make your hotel reservation as soon as possible since the special rates are available until sold out, whichever comes first. An advance deposit or credit card guarantee is necessary to hold your room if your arrival is scheduled after 6:00 p.m.
