Roger A. Haken Best Student Paper

The 2013 Roger A. Haken Best Student Paper Award will be presented on Monday, December 15, at the Plenary Session, to Umberto Celano of imec, for the paper entitled, “Conductive-AFM Tomography for 3D Filament Observation in Resistive Switching Devices”.

One paper presented by a student at the 2014 IEDM will be selected for the 2014 Best Student Paper Award. To be eligible, the paper must be based on the student’s own work and have been identified as a student paper at the time of submission. Presentation of the award will be made at the 2015 IEDM.
