Roger A. Haken Best Student Paper

The 2015 Roger A. Haken Best Student Paper Award will be presented on Monday, December 5, at the Plenary Session, to Xiao Yu  of the University of Tokyo, for the paper entitled, “Experimental Study on Carrier Transport Properties in Extremely-Thin Body Ge-on-Insulator (GOI) p-MOSFETs with GOI Thickness down to 2nm”.

One paper presented by a student at the 2016 IEDM will be selected for the 2016 Best Student Paper Award. To be eligible, the paper must be based on the student’s own work and have been identified as a student paper at the time of submission. Presentation of the award will be made at the 2017 IEDM.
